We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly team as a Prevention and Early Intervention Administrator. You will play a key role in helping the Prevention & Early Intervention team deliver a quality, early intervention service to children and young people in Warwickshire and Coventry who are at risk of sexual abuse or have suffered from it.  

  • Salary: £7,360 per annum part-time (£23,000 FTE). Matched contribution pension scheme up to 5% of gross salary.
  • Hours: 3 days per week, 4 hours per day Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays (hours per day to be agreed with Line Manager)
  • Holiday: 25 days paid holiday + public holidays pro-rata. A birthday concessionary day + incremental annual leave after 5 years of service.
  • Location: Office based in Warwick Town Centre. Some ad hoc working in schools may be required on occasions. Some homeworking may be considered based on organisational need.
  • Closing Date: 5pm Thursday 13th June 2024

The successful candidate will have experience of working in an administration and customer service setting. They will have an empathetic, non-judgemental and compassionate attitude and a genuine desire to support those affected by rape or sexual abuse. They will have strong IT skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to prioritise tasks and work within timescales and be able to work in confidential and discreet settings. They will report directly to the Head of Prevention and Early Intervention Services.
