Online Counselling

I could not recommend Safeline more highly.

My experience from my initial contact to the end of therapy has been incredible. I have really found it life changing and I don’t use that phrase lightly.

Having worked in mental health and therapy services professionally myself for over a decade and having accessed some previous therapy personally, I haven’t encountered another service that has been as good as Safeline.

The admin staff have always been kind, listened and responded really quickly with enquiries. My therapist has been absolutely brilliant. I have never felt so safe, heard and seen before.

It enabled me to access some really challenging experiences and memories but I felt able to do this with her support and kept coming back to sessions, despite how difficult I found it.

This is a credit to the strength of our therapeutic relationship. It was enormously helpful having a lengthy amount of sessions available, with the option of knowing I can return in future if needed. This meant that I was able to go at the right pace for me to be able to peel open years of difficult life experiences.

My therapist was kind, caring, attentive, compassionate, humorous when needed and appropriate, organised and always on time. I thought video therapy might not work for such challenging work but it really did… She has been completely wonderful and although finishing therapy feels bittersweet, I knew it was the right time. She really is a credit to Safeline.

I really do feel very fortunate to have been able to access the right therapy, at the right time for me. What enabled me to do this was that it was free as I didn’t have access/means to pay.

I was in a very dark place when I started therapy and am leaving feeling like a different person, with a new job to start and the next positive chapter of my life ahead.

Thank you Safeline.”
