Safeline is thrilled to announce the reaccreditation of our Independent Sexual Violence Advocates (ISVA) and ChISVA services for an additional two years. Achieving LimeCulture’s Quality Standards marks our third accreditation this year. Our previous accreditations being from the Male Survivors Partnership and Helplines Partnership quality standards.
Our dedicated ISVAs continue to provide independent, practical, and emotional support to individuals in Warwickshire who have experienced sexual violence. This support is available regardless of whether a crime has been reported. Each team member undergoes specialized ISVA training, ensuring they can effectively assist survivors on their journey.
Receiving this reaccreditation highlights Safeline’s steadfast commitment to upholding the highest standards of support provided. The external validation by LimeCulture’s Quality Standards reflects our dedication to continuous improvement. While also providing assurance to beneficiaries, commissioning organizations, and our team that we operate at the forefront of best practices.
We are proud to retain LimeCulture’s Quality Mark. This mark affirms our commitment to enhancing the quality of support for survivors in Warwickshire. The ISVA service’s reaccreditation adds to our successful year of meeting and exceeding rigorous industry standards.
Furthermore, this acknowledgment reinforces Safeline’s reputation as a reliable and effective resource for survivors of sexual violence. We remain unwavering in our mission to provide empathetic, high-quality support, contributing to the broader effort to address and prevent sexual violence in our community.
