Safeline is recruiting an Early Intervention Coordinator for its Primary and Secondary School programmes.

  • Role: Early Intervention Coordinator (Primary and Secondary Schools)
  • Reports to: Head of Prevention & Early Intervention
  • Salary: £27,500
  • Full Time – 37.5 hours per week 9am – 5pm (may vary due to project needs)
  • Annual Leave: 25 Days + Bank Holidays
  • Comprehensive Induction Programme with on-going professional training and development

Safeline has developed programmes to foster safer relationships for children and young people who have been sexually abused or are at risk. Our prevention courses aim to change abusive behaviours and our projects focus on improving mental health, enabling young people to fulfil their potential.

The need to protect children and young people is greater than ever, leading to a significant increase in demand for our prevention programmes. We are currently looking to recruit an Early Intervention Coordinator to join our highly successful Prevention and Early Intervention Team. This role will be crucial in helping us deliver these vital schemes in primary and secondary schools to meet the growing need.

The successful candidate will support the coordination and delivery of Safeline’s prevention and support programmes. They should be client-focused, with a proven track record of positively supporting vulnerable children and young people. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills are essential, along with a detailed knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies.
