This interactive, in-person training session is designed to build confidence, knowledge and practical skills for supporting individuals who self-harm or self-injure.

Delivered by two highly experienced facilitators who are qualified counsellors with extensive backgrounds in trauma work, the course provides a safe and engaging space to explore this complex and often misunderstood area.

Participants will gain a deeper understanding of self-harming behaviours, the reasons behind them, and practical ways to provide effective and compassionate support.
