This interactive in-person 2.5-hour training session is designed to build confidence, knowledge, and practical skills for supporting individuals who self-harm or self-injure.
Delivered by two highly experienced facilitators, both qualified counsellors with extensive backgrounds in trauma work, the session provides a safe, engaging space to explore this complex and often misunderstood area.
Participants will develop a deeper understanding of the wide range of self-harming behaviours and the underlying reasons why individuals may engage in them.
