Our ChISVA provides independent emotional and practical support to children and young people living in Warwickshire who have experienced sexual violence or abuse at any time in their lives.  They work with children and their families and carers to make sure they have the best possible tailored advice, information, access to services and support needed and can act as an advocate when dealing with other agencies.  The chISVA service can also provide support to individuals aged 18 to 25 years who have additional needs.

I couldn’t have done any of it without my chISVA. If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t be here anymore, she is the kindest, most patient and understanding person I have ever met.

I want to say how grateful I am to you for all the support you have provided me and my family, at quite possibly the worst time in my life. I don’t think my words will do you justice for all you have done for us, but we will forever be grateful to you and the work of Safeline,

Parent

I just want to thank your organisation for your help and support for what has been a very difficult almost three years for us as a family you have given us so much help and support and every member of staff we have ever dealt with has always gone above and beyond to make things a little bit easier. I especially want to pass on how amazing our CHISVA is, she really was there to help and support [client] through the most difficult times of her life both of her down days and through the court case I don’t think we would have got through it without her.

I was so glad she was there with me – she made sure that I knew what was going on and what my options were.
