Safeline is helping organisations across England, Scotland and Wales create safer, more respectful workplaces through its specialist in-person national workplace sexual harassment training programmes. We believe that training should do more than simply meeting legal requirements, it should give people the confidence, knowledge and practical skills to create safer environments for everyone. That’s why we are passionate about delivering national in-person training that leaves delegates feeling empowered to change cultures in their organisations.
Safeline works with organisations across a wide range of sectors, including charities, universities, healthcare, the NHS, technology, finance, logistics, further education, veterinary services, transport and construction. Rather than delivering generic training, Safeline tailors every course to the organisation it supports, ensuring delegates can apply the learning directly to their workplace and role.
By using sector-specific scenarios and workplace-relevant case studies, Safeline gives delegates the confidence and practical skills they need to prevent sexual harassment, respond appropriately to concerns and contribute to positive culture change.
Thank you for today’s training. I’ll be honest, I went in expecting a bit of a tick-box exercise, something fairly routine, maybe even teaching us to suck eggs. I couldn’t have been more wrong.
The session was genuinely thought-provoking and, at times, emotional. There were moments where the instinctive part of me, the Trade Union rep of 35 years, the Senior Manager of the past seven wanted to step in and support the victims directly. It really struck a chord.

Over the past year, Safeline’s trainers have travelled thousands of miles to deliver sessions throughout the UK, working with organisations in locations including London, Sheffield, Llandudno, Edinburgh, Winchester and Newcastle.
Safeline continues to champion face-to-face training because it encourages open discussion, deeper reflection and greater engagement. Delegates consistently tell the organisation that in-person delivery creates a more meaningful learning experience than online alternatives.
Every mile we travel represents another organisation committed to creating safer workplaces. Every conversation that it facilitates helps to change culture
Every organisation that commissions training from Safeline demonstrates a commitment to creating workplaces where employees feel safe, respected and heard. Every session creates opportunities for meaningful conversations, greater understanding and practical action.
This work remains particularly important as workplace sexual harassment continues to affect so many people across the UK. Safeline believes organisations must move beyond compliance and take proactive steps to prevent harm and support those affected.
Safeline’s commitment to quality continues to deliver outstanding results. In its most recent evaluations, every delegate who completed feedback rated themselves as “very satisfied” following training.
I work in two places, so have previously done similar things online. It is SO much better in person, easier to pace and make sure things are appropriately discussed. Good content about responding to reports and reactions as an ethical bystander.
For Safeline, training is about changing cultures, not just being legally compliant. Safeline delivers every training session with the same goal: to help organisations build cultures where people feel safe, respected and empowered to challenge inappropriate behaviour.
As demand for high-quality workplace training continues to grow, Safeline remains committed to equipping organisations across the UK with the knowledge, confidence and practical tools needed to prevent sexual harassment and abuse and build workplaces where everyone feels safe, respected and heard.
By combining specialist expertise with a passion for prevention and support, Safeline enables organisations to move beyond compliance and create lasting cultural change. That passion is at the heart of everything we do, and it’s why so many organisations continue to choose Safeline as their training partner.
