Safeline has received a generous £30,000 grant from the Garfield Weston Foundation to fund core operations, helping us provide essential support to survivors of sexual abuse.
The Garfield Weston Foundation has awarded Safeline a £30,000 grant to support our core operating costs. This funding will help ensure we can continue providing life-changing, long-term support to survivors of sexual abuse across England and Wales.
In 2024, Safeline supported more than 11,000 people aged three and above, highlighting the growing demand for specialist services. Our support is free, tailored, and accessible, and the grant from the Garfield Weston Foundation will help us meet this demand while maintaining the quality of care for survivors.
Neil Henderson, CEO of Safeline, said:
“We are over the moon! This funding will help ensure we can keep providing life-changing support to those who truly need it.”
We are incredibly grateful to everyone at the Foundation for standing with survivors and supporting our work. Their generosity enables us to continue offering vital counselling, advocacy, and guidance, giving survivors the tools and confidence to rebuild their lives.
