Bhavika Patel was delighted to join Safeline as a trustee in September 2018. Knowing that this was her first trustee role, she embraced the opportunity as a learning curve. Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2016, Bhavika eagerly sought opportunities to broaden her horizons. take on new challenges outside of her comfort zone, and give back to the community.
With experience solely in the private sector, she was also keen to gain insight into the voluntary and charity sectors. Bhavika brought her commercial and legal expertise to support Safeline’s strategic aims.
Over the past six years, Bhavika has contributed to Safeline’s rapid growth, witnessing the charity’s strengthening ability to provide diverse support to survivors and its swift adaptation during the pandemic, all while keeping the best interests of survivors at the forefront.
