Richard Jenkinson

Originally from Nottinghamshire, Richard Jenkinson has accumulated 15 years of experience in HR, holding increasingly senior roles at Virgin, Vodafone, and Interserve. In Summer 2019, he began a new HR leadership position at Rotork, an international manufacturing company.

Richard’s expertise lies in organisational design, leadership development, managing change and growth, reward strategies, and executive coaching. He is a firm believer in the transformative power of a robust people strategy, which he asserts can deliver significant commercial and cultural benefits to any organisation.
