A 2.5 hour interactive session about sexual harassment in the workplace, delivered in-person or online to employers and employees. From this session, you will:
- Understand the prevalence of sexual harassment in the workplace.
- Understand how to implement effective measures to prevent occurrences.
- Understand how to properly respond when it occurs.
- Understand how to support those who are victimised as a result of this behaviour.
This training would assist all businesses to comply with the new Worker Protection Act 2023 and the duty to prevent sexual harassment.
